Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
I'm currently in Charlotte, NC...but I'm aiming to move back to the Phoenix area at some point in 2020. I'm originally from Los Angeles, but lived in AZ (Queen Creek) from 2006-2012. I loved it other than the summers, but one thing that is drawing me back is I hardly did any camping or exploring...

2. Back seat delete, and build out my own version of drawers and fridge
3. Buy a fridge
4. Steel Front bumper
5. Find a rear steel bumper with swing out arm to house the full size spare tire

Does anyone have any advice or tips for new leaf springs for a Silverado Crew Cab Z71? Mine are stock, but with the drawer system, bed rack and roof top tent...its apparent its time for an upgrade. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I'm originally from Los Angeles, and have family in Bend. I love Bend! I live in North Carolina now. What route are you taking from San Diego to the Redwoods? While the coast is an amazing drive...I would highly suggest heading back inland and hitting the 395. Its my favorite highway in the US...
I drove Old House Gap Rd back in July 2019, when my Silverado was still bone stock for the most part...and immediately regretted it. The road was pretty rutted it out in sections, along with my inexperience...it was an adventure for sure, but I made it through without a scratch on the Silverado...
