Guest, we will be conducting site maintenance August 4th and some downtime is expected. At this time Rally Point and the Member Map will also become an app-only feature for long-term security and stability. A few days after this maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
I use a combo of a tembo tusk skottle and a single burner cadac safari grille. I have found that since getting the skottle I only ever use the 's Dad to hear water for coffee, which could easily be doe by removing the single burner from the skottle and using it to heat the water pot.. So I may...
I think I've convinced the wife we can make a family trip out of it. We would probably head or Thursday afternoon and meet up with everyone on Friday morning.
I did fail to mention that. He is located in Mission Viejo, ca. You can find all the info out about his products on his website, www.LeitnerDesigns.com
We have all been there, sitting at home, thinking of ways to improve our off road travel experience, and method of camping. I've been through many iterations of camp gear in my years of outdoor enjoyment. First was a truck bed tent by Napier sportz that lasted me a good 6 years until Gail...
I'm in the Inland empire of southern California and I am always willing to meet up with fellow overland enthusiasts.. Anyone feel like meeting up on weekend day soon?

I'm gonna go off base here for a minute. My rig is a dodge ram 2500 4 door long bed.. While it's not always easy to manuever, I've always gotten where I needed to go.. With the cvt mt. Denali rtt that holds 5 to 6 people, and a large interior and a truck bed to store gear, I find it works great...
I have plenty of room with an 8 foot truck bed.. So I usually bring 2 cases of Kirkland signature bulk water.. Each case contains 6 - 1 gallon jugs. But I have the room. If I didn't have the room I'd look close at the 7 gallon blue Wal-Mart cube.
