That was my concern with the Panavise.... I love how it utilizes points behind the dash for attachment without having to cut/drill factory dash pieces but on this particular bracket only having one screw mounting it had me suspect to overall sturdiness. My wheels are turning and may end up...
I will be purchasing a Panavice for my Outback but came across these for anyone needing a clean install for their Toyota’s!

So I've been combing through pages trying to get ideas on how to mount a RAM X mount for my Ipad mini 4 for Navigation and Iphone XS Max in my '15 Outback. Was hoping to find a good solution without spending upwards of a couple hundred dollars and drilling a bunch of holes in my interior. Came...
Not yet..... been super busy at work and haven’t had time to devote to getting it installed. Fingers crossed I can get to it in the next week or two. As soon as it happens, I will post pics!
Had the day off from work and was bored so i decided to assemble my DIY canister filter bypass. As soon as it thaws out a little here in Central Ohio, I'll get it all installed! More to come!
Parts -
16" 3/4" ID heater hose
1.5" 3/4" heater hose

Thank you! I've never been to the Northeast but its for sure a "bucket list" trip of mine! I have a friend who recently moved to Bar Harbor Maine, so I think I may have to make the trip sometime soon! Thanks for the offer, I'd love to visit!
So I've been thinking about adding a drawer/storage area to the back of my Outback that could be converted into a platform for sleeping when the seats are laid down. Found this link with every measurement possible for the'15 and '16 Outbacks. Maybe this can help someone with a similar project...
Thanks for the image, that’s very helpful! I just did a quick search on 4 Wheel Parts and found this -

I’m guessing that this is what you are talking about? Seems simple enough if I can get it to work on the Subaru diff!
What’s up, Overlanding world?? Quick question.... I’ve got a ‘15 Subaru Outback 2.5i and the only thing I am reading about for water crossing is the canister bypass filter relocation. Has anyone or does anyone have advice on differential breathers for the Outbacks? I haven’t been able to find...
Hello all, and welcome to my build thread for my (somewhat recently purchased) Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited!
Growing up in small town America here in Central Ohio, my interest for 4x4s quickly grew as my 16th birthday grew nearer. Running around with all the farm kids in town, being around...
Looks like we are in the same boat. I've got a '15 Outback and I've been searching high and low for good recommendations.... I'm looking for something fairly inexpensive as well and something that isn't SUPER loud at highway speeds. I understand there is always going to be some noise as you...
Awesome info, thanks! So what would I need to do if I was planning on running the Ready Lift kit and new springs front and back? Something similar to your setup. I love the way the Outbacks look with that extra bit of lift.
Yeah, I’m not to sure about the kit to be honest but I was able to pick it up cheap, like less than 50% of the cost of msrp. I knew someone that had one but never installed it before trading in their gen 5. I would love to install this kit and get new springs for even more lift and clearance...
Awesome! I must of scrolled past that when I initally was looking at this post.... I do have another question in regards to the multi link spacers. I have a 2" Ready Lift SST kit for my '15 but nowhere on the Ready Lift site do they mention the need to run multi link spacers. They say that...
