Wanting to add a power inverter to the rear of my Subaru Outback as was curious if this can be done off the main battery or do I need to purchase a separate battery for this option? I'm thinking a 1000 watt pure sine would be more than enough for my needs. Thanks!

Now I have a place for tools, camp chairs, table, and tent without taking away any floor space! I added the d-rings and straps to hold down a cooler and whatever else I dont want rolling around back there.

I agree 100%! Also nice if you’re on the trail after dark and need some extra light to see any obstacles under your vehicle or if you need extra light for evening vehicle repairs! So much more than a “rock crawling only” light setup.
