US West Exploring Lake Mohave Area

When we went out to the Mohave overlook a couple of weeks ago, we saw a road leading down towards the lake and wondered what was down there. So we are going to explore and see.

This Saturday, February 27 at the Shell Station on Conestoga Way and Wagonwheel Dr in Henderson at 10am. Hit the road at 10:15 sharp!! From there we will drive out to Cottonwood Rd just past the Dolan Springs turn off and head down towards the Lake. I am bringing my camp stuff and going camping overnight too. If you want to camp, you are welcome to join me or you can make a day trip of it.

FYI......
There is a wind advisory 20-30 mph winds 45 mph gusts. Til tomorrow morning. This may be a day trip

I am still bringing my trailer with the plan to camp tonight but if it is windy, we may just make it a day trip too.
