They are the steinjager limb risers with the quick disconnects. I drilled and tapped the Congo bar and put the top mount in it.

Oh ok...i may try that when my Congo rack comes in later this month. I'm a little worried about drilling into the rack. Right now my limb risers are attached to some brackets that are riveted to the windshield frame.
