Winter rated Mud Tires?

Hi there!

Does anyone know of winter rated mud tires?

I believe you can order Goodyear Wrangler DuraTracs with studs if that's along the lines of what you're looking for.

No :S I would need the official sign on the tire for "snow rated". (Mountain with a Snowflake inide) If that is not on the tire the Police can fine you.

I think these have that rating even without the studs. I know for sure my BFG KO2s have that rating.

The Goodyear Duratracs do have the snowflake symbol and are a favourite tire around here.

EDIT: But, these are all-terrain tires. You won't see a mud tire that is rated for snow... at least not that I'm aware of.

You won’t find a “MT” tire with a mountain/snowflake symbol. The duratrac is going to be the closest to a MT you can get and still have the snowflake symbol. The BFG KO2 has it, so does the falken at3w and there are some others but they’re all going to be designated an AT not a MT
