What is the last thing you bought and plan to buy?

I wont be camping. Im not prepared to pay £50 for camping 1 night. I will be working Friday anyway. In addition we have just had our first (and last) baby so it's a bit unfair to disappear for the whole weekend. I will leave sunny Plymouth around 4 in the morning to arrive around 9 ish. I'll stick around for the show and leave 5 - 6 ish (perhaps)

I have been told unconditionally not to come home with an expedition vehicle.
Lol. Ill be in the VW ILL LOOK OUT FOR YOUR DEFENDER LOL

Latest purchase: Catalytic converter.

Next: 30" light bar from a friend.

DHL just dropped of my latest purchase, a custom European plate for the front of my JKU. I've been wanting to put something fun up there (front plates are not required here in AZ) so i thought a custom euro-style plate with my OB member number would be neat.

Next purchase is going to be plywood and bed liner for a DIY build. I want to build a cargo drawers and shelf around my fridge/slider in the rear of the vehicle

I just moved back from Europe, Germany to be specific, after living there for three years. That license plate makes me "home" sick.

But to keep within topic, the last thing I bought was a fridge/freezer for the rig. Now I need to buy a roof rack since I gave up internal cargo space for the fridge!

A year ago I wanted a smaller tent that I could throw in the XJ for my solo camping (not with the family - where we use a small popup). So I bought the Coleman Sundome 4 (fits 3-4 adults comfortably). I got it for something like $50 on amazon (on sale). I have used/liked it so much (it is a great value for the price), that my most recent purchase is the 2-person version of that same tent (looks exactly the same, just a slightly smaller footprint, and packs smaller). Got it for $31 on Amazon.

Last thing bought was an Freespirit Ready Light solar camp lighting system. I had been looking at that for about a year and found one on campsaver.com about 30%off so pulled the trigger.

It’s an awesome setup, very versatile, and throws out lots of light, or minimal depending on whether you use the main base or individual pods. It’s definitely a well thought out light.

Last thing bought, few small items to do the rear diff mod. Just in case.

Next to buy, hopefully a full set of skids. (Open to east coast recommedations)

Budget building, one piece at a time.

Hey there. How's the show for you? I got here around 09:30. All seems good so far

I just put in an Amazon order for a Northstar group 34. I've wanted an AGM for a while and I figure with winter coming up, and my battery being about seven years old, now's a good time.

Bought a bandsaw to start cutting out rocksliders for my f250. Next week i hope to buy the steel. This is a slooow project but doing it myself keeps my budget in check so i dont just move on to the next item. Obtained a set of bushwacker fender flares i need to mount but i am planning on going up to 37s at the next tire chang to i need to trim the fenders first.

Last purchase was my 4.88 gears and spartan locker. Next up is some new comms looking at the midland mxt400
