What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

Got the new shoes on! Trying out Road One Cavalry M/Ts 235/85r16, no lift. Put about 500lbs in the back to test clearances.

Spent the day driving Yankee Boy Basin and Governor's Basin near Ouray, Colorado with my better half.

After loading the truck last Thursday in 118 degree (Phoenix) temps, Colorado is a welcome relief ....... to say the least. Driving across the Navajo Nation in north eastern Arizona makes you work for it though!

Nothing exciting. Weekly trip to the dog park. Cool morning by Texas standards. Lunch with some friends at Rev Limit Customs to talk about some one-off parts I want to have done. Drawings done, now to talk about logistics.

I installed rubber tubing seal between the fender and body of my 2019 Wrangler. This is to hopefully prevent tiny rocks from wedging in the crevice. Now if the tubing will just stay put.View attachment 162539

I did that when I first got my JL. I could not keep it in place. Finally removed it when I discovered one missing.

Saw that price and immediately looked at the info under your avatar to confirm that you lived in California. My condolences go out to your wallet.

LOL me too

Installed a new Headliner in the XJ. View attachment 164307
Update. I tried Gorilla heavy duty spray adhesive and it is definitely not up to par with super 77. When, not if, I do it again, I'll go back to 3M super 77. Hope that helps somebody not waste their time and money out there.

I ordered a Yakima rack for the truck cap - 10 day wait until it gets in.

I also removed the bed and gear so I can install T-rail along both sides of the interior for storage strapping....tomorrow is the install.
