Ok but where are all those little bits now??? how many are you missing? Pictures....?

I have so many little bits, I made this out of a spare piece of Mahogany. It was "almost" filled.....once.....now not so much.....I have most of them in a plastic box in my trailer now....

I’m doing better than I thought.. I think over the years I have accumulated 10 of each bit… so I won’t know if any of them are missing…. Until I need it

they are a lot like drill bits where you get 20 or more different sizes, but there are only 4-5 sizes you actually use

5/16 nut driver is one I use most with 1/4 and 3/8 nut drivers used on occasion and rest of the sizes are still untouched

most wood working screws are T25 now with Phillips drive still used a good bit and then square drive in 3rd place, so I will buy extra of those. most of my kit is still unused, but there are times where i'll take something apart and will need the weird size and have even needed the security bits a few times (those are basically a Torx drive with a dimple in the middle because the actual fastener has the Torx drive with the little nub in the middle that keeps a regular Torx from engaging.)

I usually stay away from "kits" because they are not practical. but in this case, it is good to have the one kit with every type drive in it and then extras of the ones used most.

we also have 40+ kitchen knives ranging from small paring to huge meat cleaver and everything in-between with 4-5 of those used most and rest are pretty much there for the just-in-case that has yet to happen. I bought my giant meat cleaver in Houston Tx back in '91 and have used it less than a dozen times...but it was nice to have when I had to bust thru a frozen chicken...
