I carry 3 of these boxes in total. They stack well, and are secured in the rig. One for recovery gear, a second for dry food goods, paper towels, Tp, and the sort, and a third as pictured above.

I'm building a trailer out of a utility bed. The plan is to have it loaded and always ready to go, so I can just hitch it up and leave when I want to go.

I dig this, I just got a plano box for all our normal gear, I might try to convert one onto a camp kitchen.
