I just got an iPhone 6S and am amazed at the quality of the camera. The technology we hold in our hands is unreal.

Nice photos and great writeup! I will say if this was considered your first trip, you demonstrated more "smarts" than most that go out for their first time. Recognizing that you already exceeded your limits and turning around is not as you say it, "leaving with your tail between your legs." You will gain experience and become more comfortable with situations.

Thank you! I am terribly afraid of breaking my truck so I try to keep a level head. I hope the lack of faith in my truck goes away so I can enjoy the trails.
