Rear spare tire carrier

I got bored at work the other day and decided since the type of suv i have doesnt garner any aftermarket support in the way of bumpers id build a swing out rear tire carrier for it i purchased a 5x114.3 trailer spare tire mount from amazon and a 2" hitch extension from princess auto. Then i fired up the band saw and this happened

Its a 3/4" bolt with a steel sleeve 2 washers and a locking nut

Well if your interested i built it for my summer leave trip to windigo lake so i can carry 3 spares then im selling it
