RC rigs are not only fun, they are very educational especially for pre-driving teens. At one of our events I enjoyed watching several parents teaching their kids the fineness of picking a good line and the consequences of a bad one.
I blame my career on RC cars as a kid.

The TRX6 has been out for a while. You Germans also have some awesome 6x6 RC rigs that I dream of someday owning...
Thanks. Will take a look. Didn´t know that. But I know that there are some "reallife" 6x6 rigs out there that I dream of someday owning ;-)

Wow I haven’t touched my RC crawlers and scale rigs in a while it’s good to know there are others one here that enjoy them too. I guess I can knock the dust off mine and charge the batteries lol.

I have a few Axials,Losi and another brand

Do you guys charge your batteries on the go or do you just take fully charged ones with you?
Most quality chargers can be run on either ac or DC. That said they store a lot Of power don't kill the car battery. I bring many spares.

Does anyone have experience with FMS models? I’m really liking these two

I just got a couple of cheap crawler for me and my boy. Of course I broke the steering on mine almost immediately and had to rig up some new parts with what I had laying around the house.
Behold my coat hanger steering! Lol. It's surprisingly strong.
