Dominic I'm shooting to meet up at Barstow Valero that way I don't have to back track down the hill we will be towing our 4runner behind the Tundra it's only gas lol.

Hello Everyone, just a few more days to Overland Expo West and Convoy 40.
I know I'm getting kinda excited and nervous all at once. "Baloo" is still in the shop getting the AC system replaced...a little more then I expected both in time and $$.
I will have final Rally Points and Times by Wednesday for all to review. Flag Staff is looking pretty good weather-wise for the Expo:
Thurs., Windy 64/36, Friday Sunny 53/31, Sat. Sunny 62/37 and Sun. Windy 60/36

Swag packets are being put together for everyone. I may have a few items left. In the past, I would get extra, but I would end up eating the cost on those items...so I pretty much only got for those who ordered. Yet, we've had a few members back out.
Once again, just for final head count...would you all sound off with where you will be joining the group on the Convoy.

The meeting places options for you coming from Ventura are:
1. The McDonalds at the I-15 and Highway 138 (not in Victorville)
2. In Barstow at the Valero gas station at I-15 and Barstow road

If I were coming from Ventura I would meet in Barstow, and, I would take highway 126 to highway 14, then north to highway 58 east to Barstow.
