I need some help, team. I ordered some products (stickers, patches, new emblem) on July 27 and have never received my items.
I emailed the team twice now asking for help and never heard back.

Is there ANYTHING I can do to get a response from the order fulfillment crew? Do I just need to pursue a refund? What is going on?
