Off the grid rally east coast?

Well, I've been battling migraines since I rang my bell in Iraq. The VA has seemed to help a bit so I'd like to re-address the project. Looking for some ideas again. I think perhaps we should start a bit smaller. I'm thinking regionally such as a New England venue etc.. Times are tough and gas money is expensive.
