how bout a pizza joint? I know pizza factory in medical lake is amazing.
could do 5 guys in the valley, or maybe even cracker barrel in Coeur d alene?
theres also café rio over by the valley mall.

just a few more ideas and none of these will be affected by the sports seasons and all have enough room to accommodate larger groups.

Anything out side of spokane doesn't work for me. I work until 5:15 so the drive will kill me every week. But I'd try a few a month though.
