OB Iberian Rally?

Could there be interest in a rally that aims at gathering OB members (and friends), around the practice and spirit of overlanding in the Iberian peninsula?

Some of the criteria to set the Iberian tone could be:
to have the route travese the border (This is an ideal and assumes it is viable from a legal standpoint)
to set a bivuac in ES and another in PT.

While doing virtual recon work in the area, a place called Verim (PT) stood out. It's not that far from Verín (GZ) ES! So the twin-named-town-route was born :)

If there is demand, a transborder weekender loopy loop could be in order!
Here is a first shot at a (road-based) sketch:

This may be too many Kms to transpose onto dirt tracks for one weekend.
Again it's just evidence of concept.
Thoughts?

Yes, something should be prepared to hold a meeting @JDavid . Something cross-border sounds great. I have made a post in the region to create a census of the region. You could take a look to see what you think.
