Nashville, Tennessee

Has anybody done the catoosa trails? I heard they got some pretty cool trails and old bridge to cross.

Well, I am all for the Dirt Devil for a quick meet up in early December. That should give people enough time to make plans. It would be fun to meet more OB members in the area and start off with an easy trail.
Does anyone have a date in mind or on the flip side, does anyone have a date that they absolutely cannot go?

Hi, folks! Just joined OB to get better plugged in to what's going in Middle TN. I've mostly done a lot of solo overlanding in the past couple of years, but was one of the trucks that went up to LBL last weekend as referenced earlier in the thread. Posting here so I'll get notified of any future meetup plans or a potential December Dirt Devil trip.

On December 3rd at 830 am, let's have everyone meet at Netts Country Deli or the Fire Station across the street depending on how many people we have and plan on hitting up the trailhead at 9 am.

My wife and I have done sections of the trail and at this point, I think we have done the whole thing. Its primarily maintained dirt road with about 5-6 creek crossings. Most of it can be done in cars as demonstrated by the locals lol but its still a fun little trek and it gets some dirt under your tires. The map that a few of us have purchased is not so great so if anyone knows of someone with the GPX file for GPS it would be helpful.

If this date or time doesn't work for people please feel free to offer up any suggestions.

Here is a map of the Deli location and directions to the trailhead.

And welcome Bval and fiveonefiveeight! We just started to get together a few weeks ago so you are joining at a great time!

Sounds good to me as well!

I'll come too as long as family stuff doesn't pop up. I have done the DD trails several times, so I know the routes fairly well.

Also, yes, pretty much everything I've done on the DD is do-able in non-lowered, non-sports car type of vehicle, except Ben Fly road. Ben Fly road has a hill leading down to the river that is all rocks and fairly gnarly. But otherwise, the DD is still fun, and beautiful country.

I'm tentative for Dec 3rd. Have an event the night before and it all depends on how early I get to bed.
