None that are really close that I'm aware of. There might be something in the Clatsop State Forest but I'm not sure.
 
Nearest is Forest Grove District SF which I haven't much explored. I have a couple points on my map, but havent gotten there. There's the Nickoli OHV area too, but still a bit out of the way. Otherwise I have a route between Longview and Skamakowa (LOOOONG way but possible on the WA side). It's about 50 miles from Longview, down river, then ferry across, about 3 hours insead of 20 minutes.

Re: food plans, depending on the Mrs.’s schedule, we will bring either appetizers or main course. More detail as the date gets closer...

There is a whole network of logging roads accessible just south of 26 in Tillamook Forest. It’s about 1 hr 20 min away from the Rally Point but if anyone is interested I can point you to a starting place.

The Mrs is busy so I’ll probably bring a healthy option to counter all the chips, soda and sweets ;-)
 
I'm bringing some chili for the dogs, onions and diced Jalapeño peppers. See you all tomorrow.
