Mission Overland-Florida Event

[Mission Overland]

Sunday July 16th 2017
10am - 5pm
Ocala National Forest

This event is open to anyone remotely interested in camping, overlanding, enduro bikes, car camping, van dweling, adventure bikes or simply offroading. We are holding a social for like minded people to discuss holding an Overland Expo in the state of Florida in the near future. So let's start using the hashtag #OverlandFlorida on social media and show we have something to offer here other than interstates and theme parks.

There will be a few people braving the heat and mosquitos to camp Saturday night before this event and everyone is welcome to.

By all means, if you are a small businesses owner or work for a company in the camping/outdoors industry, feel free to advertise. Bring a banner, stickers, a table with merchandise.

Please welcome Jamie Higham as he is hiking through the Ocala National Forest for his first charity event. He will be finishing up Sunday and meeting us. Please follow his event as it's for a great cause.

Yeah, I was just trying to see what you're thinking of doing lol. I'm on the event page, that's actually how I found out about everybody going there this Sunday. Hard to find info on what everybodys doing though, only thing I could really find was that everybody's meeting at sellers lake on Sunday.

Good call haha. It's all a learning experience. I'm on my way to camp at the moment. Should be there in an hour ish.

So how did this go guys Mission Overland I am central east coast down in Brevard started FB group Space Coast Overlanding and Hiking looking to get regular meets going where we can socialize get some instruction going and build network of skills to help each other out
