We've got Kia Soul's with mild lifts and racks, my old Subaru was nearly stock, and we have a mildly modified Volvo wagon. There are a lot of adventures to be found down gravel roads that almost any vehicle could traverse. @Michael's #1 rule here is that it doesn't matter what you drive, as long as you are out there exploring. You'll fit in perfect here!

BTW, a 4WD Sprinter is on my wish list, and if we end up at OTG2 together, I'm gonna follow you around like a puppy, asking questions. :)

I suppose I can introduce myself to the community. My name is Dana-Anthony. I'm from Regina , Saskatchewan Canada. Yes it gets cold here, really cold. My current overland project vehicle is a '97 Jeep Cherokee se (base of base model, Iam lucky to have a clock) I bought the vehicle stock and have slowly been modifying things to make it more capable and efficient on and off the beaten path as I also drive this daily my modifications have to be well thought out. I am new to overlanding, I have experienced a few short trips but nothing more than a long weekend at this point. I hope to meet some good people here and learn as much as I can.

Hello guys and gals! My name is Jose and I'm from Tavares, Fl. also I'm a novice to this scene, and looking forward to getting to know the members and pick their brains on ideas and advice. Here's a little bit about me, I'm an Elevator Inspector, married, two boys 9 and 6 and we've always been a family of the outdoors and want to keep it going for the kids. I use to have a 92 Jeep YJ back in the day and just recently purchased a 2016 JKU-Rubicon and really excited about it. My old Jeep use to have a 4" lift with 35s and use to use it for what ever I could put it through lol. Now I'm really interested in using the Rubicon more for trails, camping, and just exploring nature with the family. Here's a pic of Jeep right now it's all stock except for the front bumper and a winch. I'm going to be upgrading little by little cause I have a lot of ideas of what I want and hope I can get advice to see if I'm going on the right track here to make it a capable rig for what ever I get into.

My passion is trail riding with some more advanced sections. I also love to fish from a kayak and for a long time I carried a kayak on top of my lifted jeep everywhere I went. Looking forward to seeing some nice cool rigs here.
