I did some driving projects that took me from Vegas, down to Corpus Christie, in past years. It never ceased to amaze me how, the landscape changed from hilly scrub, to tree and grassland, when driving along the I-10.

In a group run, that size, what type of Communication's gear did you and the group settle on?

Some photos from an overnighter in Anza Borrego this weekend. I started out in Little Blair Valley at around 9 pm, then after spending the night I headed to
Fish Creek Wash.

Really simple camp. I slept in my 4Runner.

I tried this little raised fire pit for the first time. It was great, it folds down to the size of a skinny laptop and was perfect for just me out there. Because it was so small, I only took half a bundle of wood with me.
