US West East Bay Monthly Meet Up - at Pleasanton Ridge Regional Park - Sunol CA

EastBay Crew,
a few had asked me about Death Valley and wildflower situation. At the moment there are a few wildflower but the park is NOT having a major flower bloom. It is too early to know if there will be an impressive bloom during our normal wildflower season (late-February through mid-April). While we had plenty water It first needs to warm-up consistently for a little bit. So maybe in a few weeks the situation changes.

Also looking at the current Road closures, pretty much the majority of back country is still closed - so I am waiting before organizing a Death Valley Trip this spring.

Wanted to give everybody a headsup.

Hello All - the Rally Point for the 2024 Usal-Redwoods trip is up at: Usal Beach – Redwoods

This year the trip will be more beach oriented, with camping both Friday and Saturday at Usal. An optional day trip to the Redwoods and a few other spots will be available for those interested (exact itinerary to be determined based on group interest).

I currently wheel a 2022 Bronco Badlands, and interested in the Nevada Backcountry Trip.

Hi Patrick, have been following your crew as well but didn’t find the time to come out yet ( they make wildtracks ;).

I lead the east bay crew - we normally meet every 2nd Sunday in the month (may will be different due to mothers day) - so watch this thread for announcements. Hope to meet you soon to compare notes.

For the Nevada Trip please RSVP on the ralleypoint wich helps Geoff who put this one together keep track.

Also you asked for a South Bay meeting - there is one, check the calendar on the forum when the next one is.
