Amazing. Really well written. My family (wife, motherin-law, dachshund) and I did 2 years in a toy hauler camper, that all made sense. But we easily had 4 times the room you guys do!

Hi Scott. We work full time from the road doing design and illustration work for our clients. Most of our work is remote but sometimes we travel on site to work with an advertising agency or business for a contract. We didn't sell our house. We were renting before we hit the road and did not have a specific amount saved up before hitting the road because we were planning to continue working.

Great write up, very informative and I think I learned allot! P.s your humor is on point, but its got to be to do this!

Going to go read the article but we're living it...sort of. Sold our 2400 sq ft house last fall. Now living in a 800 sq ft apartment and next fall we'll transition into a 32 foot motorhome. Interested see a different perspective. It's not easy but downsizing and simplifying is liberating.
