I saw this pic right when I logged on after having just woken up this morning. I swear I originally thought that was a portable sit down toilet on a fridge slide sticking out of the back of your car. I had to blink my eyes 5 times and refocus to figure out what it really was.............sheesh.......#needmorecoffeetowakemyassup..........

I've gotten away from disposable as much as possible. I have a set of metal cutlery I got at Target for less than $10 and keep in a plastic organizer tray with dividers. I went to the dollar store and got plastic plates, bowls and cups and 2 of the plastic tubs.
I have an old large pot, an old small pot and a cast iron skillet. (and of course plastic wine glasses)
I also bring one good knife and a rollup cutting board (also from target)
Everything fits in one tub and the tub makes a nice table for when you take your GF camping for her first time ever and it POURS rain and you're stuck in the tent...(or so I've heard)

yeah, she was a pretty good sport about it....the craziest part is, it wasn't just rain...we had huge rain and thunder and lightning (the joys of camping at 9000ft)....it was only 1 day and night out of a week long trip so it was all good.

We've accepted that it will rain every time we camp. I think we've had maybe one trip where there was none, and that's always nice. Better to expect it and be happily surprised I guess.
