Thanks! I have the same setup. I wonder if a 16 would be better, or if it would just be too big. Sometimes in less than ideal weather the 12 is almost too small.
I had the same thought and picked up a REI 16 along the way on the last trip. It's a pretty big difference in manageable size if your setting up solo. Definetly need a second person if it's windy or it might take a while to get just right. I use it over my Kingdom 8 so I can pull back the rain fly and get nice ventilation in the sun with a bit of porch cover. The 16' is a beast though lol.

Went camping and dirt biking over the weekend at Croom (motorcycle area in Brooksville, FL)

Had a great time! Rode trails on Saturday and Sunday, unfortunately one of our crew dislocated his shoulder after a crash and had to be taken to the hospital to put it back in. But we had a great time!

Camping on the Hoh River on the Olympic Peninsula this past weekend.

We then made our way to Neah Bay, the most northwestern point of the Continental United States. Not necessarily "camping", persay, but good views from the cabin, none the less.
