The Forest Service Road he posted works. Or you could also do the one after town. I've camped at the one after town, a lot of good spots.

Hey all! I just joined OB and saw this thread! I'm currently located in Tempe, AZ...I finally ditched my crappy compass and got myself a new 4Runner so I am starting to explore more and more. I'm fairly new to overlanding and always looking for tips and tricks from everyone here in AZ! :) We explore quite frequently so if you have any fun trails to share, we'd appreciate it!
