Grew up in Westchester Co by the Tappen Zee bridge and parents still live there. My grand parents own a cabin in the Adirondacks on one of the Hudson river feeder lakes. If you are ever in the north country I highly recommend checking out whats left of the Tahawus mines. the last leg to get into the mine area are 3 season paved roads and gravel if I remember right.

My inlaws live about 2 miles from there and we go over to there house every Sunday. I live in Fort Edward which is about 30 min away from both Granville and Lake George
