LOL. I wish! The yellow can was what I had with me when I took the photo. I have a red one now.
P.S. I don't think it's safe/legal to carry gas like that on a motorcycle. I'm thinking about an emergency situation only.

Never understood that. And I hate traveling there for work because some of those bikers are downright suicidal!

I don't consider myself a prepper but have alway believed it made sense to be prepared for whatever might come. As we all know overlanding is a great way to get use out of the tools, equipment, and knowledge you acquire over the years so to me it's a seamless crossover.

Since I am a member of an offroad club, we follow the California 4Wheel Associations regulations. They have a whole list of basic safety stuff we are required to have with us on runs. Check out their website

Same here, I was looking at bug put vehicles and it led to overlanding vehicles
Not a hard core prepper but do have supplies due to earthquakes, fires and flooding around here.
I have a bug out bag that I always have in the house and I have a smaller version of one in my truck with just some of the basics. Other than that I'm not really prepared for any big disaster other than I have some 40 bottles of liquor in my cabinet so I guess that's something. I also have my 9mm H&K pistol, but I only have about a 1,000 rounds for it, so that wouldn't really get me very far either.
In terms of a patriot? Sure, I very much believe in freedom and letting people do what they want as long as it doesn't infringe on the rights of others.
