I'll check it out.
For coffee I just do vanilla Starbucks beans, heavy whipping cream and liquid Splenda if I want it sweet.

If you're craving pasta, check out Banza. Made from chickpeas it's really quite good and leaves me feeling a whole lot better than wheat based pasta.

While less than traditional wheat pasta, that's still quite a lot of carbohydrates for a "Keto" diet, the core tenant of which is > 20g carbs per day.

I wouldn't incorporate it as a staple, but for the occassional pasta fix, it could work if it fits your macros.

I'm mainly on the Carnivore diet so I mainly pack steaks, burgers, eggs, butter and a skottle when I travel. So easy, So simple. My dog is a raw fed dog so essentially we can eat the same things except I cook mine.
