Resolved Amazon Media Links not showing up

Firewall filter. I looked at the source back here at work, and get the following URL rendered:

http://ws-na.amazon-adsystem.com/widgets/q?ServiceVersion=20070822&OneJS=1&Operation=GetAdHtml&MarketPlace=US&ad_type=product_link&tracking_id=_&marketplace=amazon&region=US&asins=B00EIFS8V6&show_border=true​

Putting that URL into my browser window gives me an awesome McAfee Web Gateway error. My guess is the sad Chrome face is a result of the browser not getting the expected data back from that URL.

Yes, ad-blocker here on my desktop iMac and laptop. But "Unsupported Media" on the OB App on my iPad.

OK, makes sense. Not much we can do on our end, and I would not advise anyone reduce security.
