Has anyone got a recommendation for a fail-safe hitch pin?

I have front and rear receivers, and picked up a winch on a cradle recently. I don't want to find myself the subject in one of those sheared hitch pin horror stories I hear about every so often (though, I've never seen photos).

Can you recommend any brands that have rated steel, and aren't pot metal poured in a third world country?
Locking options would be great too.

Thanks all!

Yeah, you can get higher grade hitch pins from tractor supply for farm implements but if you shear a reece or curt hitch pin, you violated a number of common sense safety rules.
