What is the plan for the rear?

Sent from my iPad using OB Talk
Haven't put too much thought but thinking of relocating the rear shock mounts on the frame higher to squeeze in longer Kings. Otherwise likely go with metal techs rear LT kit with matching kings

Truthfully my front end needed to be rebuilt anyway. Ball joints, LBJs, bushings all shot. I really wanted to SAS but settled for the less expensive option.

Very Nice! Looking forward to seeing your rig in person tomorrow at Hollister.

SOOOOOOO jealous of that trailer! Looks like an excellent setup for your family.

Cool think a couple buddies of mine are headed down. I'll be down around 10ish.

We're heading out for a few weeks this weekend and decided to rebuild my rear storage solution. I used MDF for the first version, this one I'm using 3/4 smooth plywood.
Some progress pics. Using 24"slides from TCH Hardware

Got the tank and compressor mounted up. It's loud in the cab, but not as bad as you'd think.

Herculiner finish.

Frontrunner fridge slide and drawer opened up

And finished product

That's it, pretty straightforward and simple! I'm sure I could have gotten a bit more fancy, but simple does the job for us.

Traded in our mini van for a 16' Sequoia. Really wanted to get into a LC200, but the price difference and the more roomy interior suits our purposes better. It won't see anything more than dirt roads/fire roads, so gonna keep the build pretty low key

I doubt I'm going to do much with Sequoia that will warrant it's own build page, but got some new shoes on it; some dark bronze SCS Stealth 6 20x9 on a set of Tundra take off tires. Other plans may include a nice stereo system. This is our daily kid hauler so not going to tinker with it too much. We'll see!

You have any other pics of your snorkel? Most notably under the hood where it hooks up to the airbox? I want one but not sure of the LC one most people use will restrict intake air too much. I know its more of a "ram" intake...but that Safari one looks to have more circumference to it, allowing more air in.
