No, I didn't make it. A last minute opportunity to go camping with my son popped up so I changed plans and went to California to spend time with him. After camping in Big Bear I took time and made my way from Barstow to Needles on the Mojave Road. Had a great trip.

One thing that we like to do is someone out early to scout/claim a good spot up in the woods and then just send out the lat/long. Everyone finds their way there. I'm usually the one doing the scouting because I have a flexible schedule which allows me to claim good spots before the city...
