it' funny reading all the moans about the cost of fuel and how the mileage per gallon is so bad. you guys across the pond really need to try the cost of fuel on the decent side of the pond (UK) and then see if you still want to moan
Here is my latest purchase...... forgive the photo, it's a stock photo from the website I bought it from.
If you haven' figured it out, it's a Quick Release Boss for my Momo Steering Wheel. More security for my treasured Defender 90.
What's the general consensus with regards to RAM mounts. I figured being an American product then you guys across the pond will be aware.
I am considering getting a few bits and pieces to mount my tablet for Navigation purposes.
This bit fits onto the dash of my Defender 90.
I can then...
here's a pic of my tent with the optional porch
I am considering getting this table. all I need t do is rivet to keyhole plates to the side of my car then the table slots in and out with only one asjustable leg see below
I don' like the idea of RTT purely so that I can nip away for the day without having to take down the tent. I much prefer my ground tent. the side awning will hopefully be my kitchen area.
I opted for the Hannibal awning as it's fits nice and easy to my Hannibal Roof Rack. Additionally it doesn't require any legs to hold it up. I also have the optional side screens
I'd rather be in my Defender
I agree it' only fun. I guess there are individuals who live for points. as for paying for extra due to my employment status I won' be buying much for the forsee able future.
Same here. I don't fancy becoming a Supporter, Benefactor etc presently as my unemployment status dictates otherwise. Besides I already have an OB flag so the gifts won' be of much use to me. Other achievements which could bump up my points are also just out of reach.
When we plan on going somewhere, one of the things we look at is how many caches are in the area. I will admit it' not the deal breaker but it certainly helps with choosing where to go.
On that subject when we went on our honeymoon cruise we learnt a huge amount about the places we visited...
I don't an app. I use Geocaching.com which can be used either at home on a PC or whilst out and about with your Mobile phone. I must admit we do use a proper handheld GPS rather than using the limited GPS facilities on a mobile telephone.
We placed 4 Trackables in a container when we were in Switzerland. They were all ours and it was the start of their journeys. Unfortunately a newbie to Geocaching picked up one of them and has managed to lose it within a matter of weeks. He refuses to reply to messages / email to explain or...
You do realise this will be rejected. It' the wrong sort of bridge. This bridge goes from left to right. You'e only allowed bridges which go from tight to left.
Nice image but it won' get used. I had a similar idea and was ABRUPTLY INFORMED that it MUST be a LANDSCAPE iaw current doctrine (although no-ne can actually tell me where to find it). I was also informed that the image was POLITICAL to which I disagreed to also. I believe it is a...
I don' seem to be able to achieve any more points at all yet I don' have all the available badges. Currently I don' want to buy more points by becoming a Benefactor / Supporter rtf. I still have the stickers from my original membership package and I bought a flag separately. I can' gain extra...
