I watch the online auction the state of Texas has.

I’m not sure I saw this one. There were a few park service Silverado 4x4s I was eyeing hard then they pulled everything off because of the big scary virus. I’m curious when they’re going to reappear. Other vehicles already are.
@ZigZag4x4 We arrived back at oxford around 4:30, had some chill and beer time then peach cobbler, um, dinner.
Nice looking rig you have. I normally camp with a teardrop, but was tenting this weekend.
@viacharity Billy, I just saw the eposide where the Discovery took a glide down the mountain. Holy crap, that could have been horrific. I enjoyed watching the team recover and hoist a pint with the locals.
I took the larger portion of the 60/40 seat out fir a trip and never put it back. Then the 80 pound puppyhorse came to live with us. She has her own bed in there now. I keep the smaller seat as a jump seat, and occasionally use it for that.
My rig is a 2011 Tahoe.
CB? I have one, but it stays home a lot since I can’t tell you the last time I heard a conversation, much less an intelligent conversation.
I’ve carried ham gear for many moons, but the guys I typically overland with use gmrs.
During lockdown garage cleaning I found an old windshield mount phone holder. I’ve been thinking about a GoPro, and thought this might give me a taste. I used it last weekend. The only drawback is the suction cup in the corner of the images and video.
