I have the Squadron-R Pro in amber wide cornering. I wouldn't say it is a sharp cutoff. They are too bright to use with oncoming traffic anyway, so I appreciate the coverage. Photo examples are in my build thread linked in my sig, on page 13.
My mistake before. The Amazon media link *does* work on Safari on my iPad. It doesn't work on the Overland Bound App on my iPad.
It does *not* work on Safari on my desktop Mac at home, nor on Safari on my Mac laptop. It just leaves a large blank space where the image would normally be as seen...
I can't speak for the aluminum boxes, but that's where I bought my 4-pack of 20 liter jerry cans, and they are of very high quality. Much nicer than the more expensive cans I've seen. Mine are about five years old when DO had them custom made for them in Germany, and still had the old nozzle.
I absolutely do NOT want take any business away from Paul May at Equipt, whom I met on out fall cross-country trip, and is a genuinely great guy.
That said, for slightly different size aluminum boxes, built very similarly, at a substantially lower price point, take a look at Deutsche Optik...
Here's what I see, @Michael
The Amazon link has never worked for me and others with Safari.
I have to quote the post, copy the Amazon link, then go to Amazon and paste it in the search there.

That's an old problem that @Michael hasn't been able to fix since switching to the XenFolo forum software. Whenever someone posts a link to Amazon, it automatically changes it to a media link with a preview. It doesn't show up using Safari for most people, either on Mac OS, or iOS.
To view the...

It depends. This spring I sold my 2008 Outback 2.5XT and bought a 2016 4Runner. The OBXT got 20-22 MPG, and the 4Runner gets 15-17 MPG. But the OBXT required premium top tier gas, and the 4Runner runs on regular. At $0,60 to $0.80 per gallon price bump for premium, I'm actually saving money on...
@Mad Garden Gnome I think it was in the Members area, because it was for face to face meetings between badge-holding members. I thought it was in Members General Discussion when I looked earlier.
There is quite a long thread (13 pages) in the Overland Bound Members' forum about members spotting/meeting other members. Not sure you'll find many to bump into in the Netherlands, though.
When the forum was young, and the membership was spread out, I thought it would be rare to bump into...
