I moved this discussion into an already existing thread. But somehow, only some of the posts moved, the rest remaining in the original thread. I just fixed that.
We have two firearms threads; this one and https://overlandbound.com/forums/threads/legal-weapons-and-overlanding.448 That should...
It should be relatively quick was long as there was a fairly decent description. There is only one pending in the queue right now, and it isn't yours. There is no log of what has been approved or denied. Maybe that's something @Michael can add.
I *think* I remember approving one from you, but...
Too used Kevin's @Lifestyle Overland setup as a base point. I used the longer 12" tube in my 4Runner to give plenty of room. I also used a motorcycle mirror RAM mount and another base part way up the tube where Kevin has the velcro clip for even more support.
Usual setup is my 7" Garmin and...
Note that the 12V receptacle only functions when the ignition is on. So you can't use that overnight. I ran a pair of 8Ga wire directly to the battery (fused) and added a receptacle in the rear of the fender liner.
@COBOUND I have only used it on relatively level concrete and some cracked asphalt. It rolled easily on both, so I could spin my trailer around wherever I want. @Road was looking into getting the heavier model. He has an XVenture trailer, and I think he said they are standard on them now. Might...
@Chris Radalia I just used your cleaner again today after fixing the chain on my bicycle. Came of quick and easy, and smelled good, too. Not flowery like that sanitizer crap Deb uses... :)
@1Louder I think @KaizerWilhelm wants to use an older handheld Garmin GPS to act as the GPS for a non-GPS iPad. I'm not positive, but I don't think that will work.
This is exactly what the new features of the Resource Map (formerly Member Map) are for. Check out @Michael's post on the topic.

A note for anyone dropping a pin: please be detailed and descriptive on your pin...
A big differentiator for us here in the east is humidity. @vegasjeepguy's mid-70s and 10% humidity is comfortable. @Tim N Michele Davis having mid-70s and 90% humidity at night is stifling!
It probably sounds odd for westerners to hear us say that 70° is hot. But when you walk out the door and...
Exactly! And if your vehicle's interior is 140° on a sunny day in the south, then the inside of the chiller will be 100°. I'm not positive, but I think the chiller uses significantly more power than a good fridge/freezer, too.
Hmmm, in that case, maybe too much information? I don't know if there's a limit to number of characters? @Michael is the only one who can answer that for us. Hopefully he will reply after returning from their current road trip.
Thanks for the update!
