I run steel wheels, but they are the original stock wheels with the hub caps. I want to keep the vintage look, and for what I do, the steelies are fine. Although, some bronze method wheels would look good on the truck too.
It was my first Expo as well, and I had a great time there. It was fun just walking around the camp ground seeing everyone’s setups. I’m definitely going back next year!
I changed the oil, coolant and radiator hoses, checked the other fluids, rigged up an awning, hung curtains, and sprayed a little primer and paint. The truck is ready! I just need to load it up, fill the gas tank, and I’m ready!
