Hi Everyone,

Through stupid determination and good luck built on bad luck, I got to spend over 3-4 months in Etosha National Park when she was empty of other tourists - Namibia was locked down during the pandemic BS.
Being a kind thoughtful type, I filmed the experience for you.. just us and African wildlife day after day...

Hi guys,

A quick note to say that I've split my YouTube roamingyak channel into 2 channels now...

The original (roamingyak) will stay about overlanding, the new one will be more focused on the experience of finding wildlife to film.
Chances are you'll enjoy both, but the YT algorithm was getting pretty confused when I'd release one video about being chased in Somalia, the next on spending a day filming wildlife, then the next about Landy mechanics etc

Well Episode 1 has a whopping 55 views...

So let's hope Episode 2 does much better - if you enjoy it kindly share it widely as the new Wildlife channel only has 40 subscribers and I'm working on these 6 days a week, thanks!

 
Apparently this thread has 4,000 views on it?
Yet the total views for all of those videos above combined is 746...
And YT reports that I've had 9 total views linked from this thread...

Are my thumbnails so bad that nobody is willing to try watching a minute or two?
