US West San Diego County - Anza Borrego October Trip

Well said. There are plenty of places of various difficulty around Anza Borrego and all of it is super cool. I totally forget that there are some people who aren't familiar, as I tend to lead with stuff I can't do (places where you need articulation and low range). It's crazy how easy Coyote...

I think I can list what I can't do and might need to bum a ride. Can't do Pinyon canyon drop-off or the last section of sandstone canyon. Honestly happy just to hang out!

    Another Subaru Build Thread

I also anecdotally confirm what @Wawa Skittletits said about running swaybar-less in the rear. The spring rate is plenty stiff enough for it to not be noticable. You can test it out by just unbolting the endlinks and temporarily zip tie the sway bar in place. Also, the king springs were...

Second this. I've had both setups. Unloaded it drives like a truck. Loaded up it feels like a caddy.

I'll take a better picture of how the work light looks like on the trail.

When you get the chance can you show the throw of the wide cornering? After much back and forth I ended up going with the S2 work lights instead of the wides because I wanted more dispersed light for setting up camp and to just check things out at night.

US West SD County NEW monthly meet-up

Evidently there is an SD rigs and coffee event like what they do up in OC on every third Sunday. Not really my thing but just throwing it out there.

US West Reoccurring - San Diego Overland Bound Monthly Meet - 09/27/2018

Thanks for doing this. I've been meaning to take the Wilderness First Aid class out at AmeriMed in La Mesa. Do we have a cut off date before you want to put in the order? Might make a decision on what to get based on the class.

US West San Diego Overland Bound Trail Runs

Well this is a perfect way to show people the local spots. I think this would be a good kickoff spot. 4 corners is a good rally point. Plenty of variety for people to go off and try different obstacles. The lookout area is cool too and when it's manned the rangers are super nice.

IIRC The front is usually a crapshoot. I don't remember the max height on the parking structure in case anyone is rocking a RTT [emoji38]. Pretty much I'm of no help.

Also it's walkable from my work's other site! Though, seeing all the rigs in parking structure would make an intimidating sight.
