    Rear Winch Wire Gauge

Standard wire I'm sure. Welding cable would not be listed with regular wire. Battery cable is harder to shape and form and welding cable has more winding and is more flexable. I'm a purist parts guy and just like to use what folks with more education than me recommend. LOL Zim

What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

Well. I'm just embarrassed. LOL. No the story goes like this. The antenna on the roof is actually a $1200 cell phone booster that came with the truck, and it works like a mofo. So, I need 2 other antennas for the GRMS and the CB. I did not want to put another hole in the roof. I said, lets build...

The Best Explanation Of Overlanding I've Read

I disagree with almost everything in that article. So in a nut shell if you're not crossing borders and ordering a sandwich in a foreign language, it's not overlanding. Horseshit. The fact that the pictures in that article show $200,000 rigs heavily sponsored and outfitted with equipment that...

    Air compressor for 35" tires

I run my Smittybuilt into a HF air tank. I drilled and welded in a bung for a 150psi cutoff switch and air lines out. Works like a charm but will take up some room. Zim

What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

Ouch. I started making a temp "headache" rack and it's too big to put on the bench. So, like a idiot, went to the gym in the morning, worked on the concrete most of the day, and in the evening can't walk. LMAO. Hate getting old but just have to deal with it. Hands are sore almost every day. Need...

What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

Cupping is normally a shock issue. (could be a few other things) If you've ever seen a tire hopping up and down on someone's car as they cruise by, that's the problem. LOL Zim
