That trail in is no problem, those puddles aren't deep at all. It's the actual beach that can be a problem at times. Like I said it's always wet because of the tides but we'll be able to get in and out no issue.
^ That is directly from the email I got today. My friends at Tread Lightly! have been made aware, and I saw someone already posted a link to the NJ overlanding Facebook group.
I'll make an appearance sometime shortly after noon when they open, but this event will be open all evening. Let's use...

Sure, thanks!
FYI: Don't lean too much into the "drivable beach" part, it's possible but I do not recommend it. I made it about 20 feet in and got stuck, my buddy made it about 100ft or so then also got stuck. It's very wet and sloppy sand/mud mix depending on weather.
It's been a little bit since I added a new location, I just logged in to fiddle around and everything looks okay. I could try to leave a fake review on something to check what happens, but it seems okay right now.
Oh yeah of course I don't know Matt's end goal here I'm mostly just guessing.
I've spent a few weeks at a time in the truck and tent camping, I absolutely despise dust inside the cab. If there's dust getting kicked up my windows are closed, I keep a blanket over my rear bench, etc. My floor...
Black & Decker does indeed have one, and tons exist. I can't really recommend one as my only experience with battery vacuums is a little tabletop one for my kitchen. From basic reviews I see, they have pretty bad battery life and need to be charged after each use. Not totally sure how something...
Veterans, first responders, anyone who needs a friend this time of year.
Our next meetup isn't until after the new year but if you are around NJ and you need someone to chat with during this holiday season, I'm still here. Send me a message.

That stew sounds damn yummy!
I have the RYOBI 40V HP Brushless 14 in. Battery Chainsaw (see at Home Depot).
Full honest review here, as I've been using it for several years now both in my yard and on the trail.
PROS- The battery life is great, I have 2 batteries but rarely on a job in my yard have I needed to swap over...
Today I came across this image on Facebook in the Overlanding USA page. The caption reads "Ever been to a nice spot out in the desert just to have it ruined by bees? Here's a little pro tip. Typically the bees are looking for water/moisture... put out a peace offering for them and they'll leave...
There are multiple channels in my area that are totally unusable because of clowns like that. From spewing nonsense to 24 /7 Morse code.
What I understand is, there are only 2 FCC employees running down complaints East of the Mississippi. That's a lot of work with none of the manpower to keep...
Our friend @Dirttraveler seems to be having a technical error. I haven't seen this addressed yet but he said his account identifies him as a guest on the app but I see his account as having 2 member tags, which might be even weirder!
