I would expect that those burn really well, also. When you build a fire on the ground, it's sometimes hard to get (and keep) good air flow to the underside/embers of the fire. That causes a lot more smoke than if you can keep good airflow to the fire.

I would suggest that maybe the first one be 3 lines of text, or figure out a way to make it work by not splitting the "Overlanding is not elitist." sentense.
It reads a little strange in my opinion.
Maprika is a good app. It works without cellular coverage. It just requires a little planning to download your maps ahead of time.
And, it's free!

Lurking around the forums, like you do... I was thinking that down in the "Overland Rigs" section there should be a do it yourself section.
There are a lot of really handy people around here that do some really cool stuff to their rigs.
It seems like it could be a really useful tool to have...
I'd love to see an Oregon section. I spend a lot of time down there. I also consider Oregon and Washington one big state... Only, I can't pump my own gas in half of it...

I drew out a basic plan for what I wanted, built a base to level the floor with the bottom of the rear hatch, and then just measured everything in place. I'm not sure how long it will last, but so far it's worked spectacularly.
