I wouldn’t really download and print your picture. I know it’s your livelihood. I just wanted you to know that I think it’s a stellar picture worth way more than just 1,000 words. DM on the way.
I wonder how much the cost of the bumpers are eating up the difference in shipping... shipping on the cage is killer... 200 miles for $900.00 is what I was quoted for a cage.... hence I’m going with that company so I can just drive down and have it set in, then either pay to have them install it...
You need the rails from a 1993+ they fit, but the cross bars won’t, that’s why you snag them up and sell them... and yes the chrome looking rails used on the pre 93 are very rickety, and not what I was talking about.
We have about 60 of those Subs in the yard here... roof racks systems are $25.00 bucks, and I see the cross bars go for the same price on CL... square Body Subs aren’t that rare... 89-90 Broncos are a lot more Rare. Sure parts from 87-95 fit, but aren’t correct
Some of the 1st Gen 4Runners came with a factory roll bar in the back.
for my Bronco, I am looking at one that is manufactured here in Oregon by a All 4 Fun Off-road. They only do 78-95 Broncos.

It might be May before you can take the test at the soonest... Ham club meetings are shut down for the moment... DM me and I will see if I can find your local ham club President for you to get in touch with and ask questions about testing.
That is my point... if we have to postpone the trip, that is fine... just thought it might open up a bit more planning discussion.
Personally we would be dispersed camping not only safer, but cheaper as well. I like the idea of group cooking... but yes right now, might not be the best plan.
I love my 2nd Gen Dodge... And selling the Bronco would have allowed me to restore the old Dodge... but... the Dodge will never have the cool factor of the slightly older Bronco...
Because you need to split the difference and average it... without dividing by 2 you get 50” which would get you right back to 120” if added to the minimum length. I got “2” from basic averaging... to average something you either add or subtract a data pool then divide By the number of data...
Go to the junk yard and purchase factory roof rack rails for the base of your mount system. They can be had for under $50 for a pair with cross bars... then sell the cross bars for what you paid for the whole system on CL. After that, it gives you a clear slate to use production type mounts...
The longer the distance between the coupler and the trailer axle, the slower the trailer turns. The shorter the distance the quicker it turns. 120” is going to not only slow your turning down, but might also hinder your load capacity as well.. I would split the minimum by the wheel...
So looks like the big 3 are taken care of... what other points are we missing?
I see the original RP is for 10 rigs...
With the Corona Virus Shelter In Place Policies, are we going to need to come up with a plan B?
