Safe travels and enjoy life. I keep preaching this. It's my mantra. "Cover the earth before the earth covers you". Take your time and soak every place in. Don't look back and keep going! You are lucky to be able to go and keep going. We will be soon when Colin finishes high school. I suspect...
Further update: We have a fully functioning Patriot again! The AT3Ws are awesome tires in my preliminary on road driving. They are very light....6 lbs lighter than the Kumho AT51 that were on it before. Suspenion has no squeaks or clunks anymore and it drives like a new rig. Going to install...
A little update on parts for the rig. We are cancelling the order for the Rough Country lift. It seems as if they like to fudge their claims of stuff being "in stock". I ordered the lift on April 13th. My dealer called them and they claimed it was in stock. Now when they look it's backordered...
All I have to say is WOW. Our jeep drives like a brand new rig. it has 130k on the clock right now. Pics to come. The back wheels are now sitting properly to not wear the tires on the insides. AND, another bonus, the rear sits higher now because all the suspension is at the correct settings...
We just got our AT3W installed on the patriot. The little amount of driving time I have on them, they feel great. I will report back after some more road time to see what they are all about.

If anyone out there has an XJ ARB front bumper, can you measure the width, height and length from fender well to front of the bumper for me please? oh, and the height of the bumper part excluding the grill guard portion. I want to see something...he he.
Thanks in advance.
After getting rear arms installed. the rear tires are still tipped in at the top, and the front ones are not installed as the bolt holding the ball joint in is seized solid. I don't have the heat required to losen it. Off to the garage on monday to get them installed and a full wheel...
Here we go. Almost realtime updates on the pat upgrades. Here are the photos of the new goodies going in today. The pat waiting impatiently to get its broken legs in the rear fixed.
We have not travelled anywhere besides visiting our other son who lives in St. John's. We have been basically sheltering in place. I will tell you and everyone here, our platforms will be much "busier" this season. The weather has just started to break here, it's only 42 deg here today and I...
Update: The new upper rear, lower front control arms are in my house right now. As is the trailer hitch and wiring. The tires are being installed today as well. So early next week we will have a fully functioning rig again! YAY!
The tires are here!!!!!!!. Bringing the wheels to the tire shop for mount and balance this morning. I will take pictures of all the new gear today. We are installing them tomorrow with a big wrench day. We also have to install a new track bar on my friends LJ. It broke up in the woods. He drove...
