Get in touch with @brien, he is putting together an official OB testing group over the next few months to be able to handle testing in the US... I think with more people wanting to help out with his cause it might help push things along faster.
Yes it’s electronic now. And yes they do remote testing now. But...In order to set up a remote team the VEC has to have conducted 4 testing sessions and have 4 more testing sessions scheduled to receive bulk materials.
