When I purchased my Bronco, I almost stole a ‘70 CJ5 with a 304 for $1000... it was easily worth $4000... unfortunately it was 2 days before my tax return came back. :(
I’m taking it over to Mike D (@PNW EXPLR ) on Tuesday and see what he recommends... either way works for me... I would almost rather it welded to the frame because of the amount of force I put on my winch.
Well, since the parts guy sold me the wrong bolts last night, I tried to drill the holes in my winch cradle... but I was off 1/4” due to the 1/2” gap between the plate and the frame.... long story short nothing lines up any more and my $75 piece of steel is garbage... broke two 1/2” drill bits...
Well finally after a week of searching I must have typed in the correct search terms and found a 10 pack for 6 bucks... way more than I wanted to pay since I need 24 of them for my project.
Yea $60 bucks in fuel isn’t inductive for a $0.25 washer... searched amazon, but I must be putting in the wrong word because I can’t find the specific washer I need.
The plastic washer is a special washer for radio use, I haven’t ever seen them used any where else besides the application for...
If talking CB, I really like my Galaxy 959... but a Simple Uniden 510 XL Pro is a good little radio as well... really with CB you are just paying for the bells and whistles...
Nope... I really dislike dealing with this kid... he has never once been able to get me the correct part... even told me once that the 1515 oil filter I wanted wasn’t going to work on my Bronco.... hmm for used that filter for 3 decades on the 300 six, 302 and 351w along with I don’t know how...
